Large Government organisation delivering a high-profile program focused on modernising legacy systems and implementing new cloud-based solutions. This multi-agency program is critical in improving outcomes and operational efficiency across Queensland.

Your new role

• Governance and reporting (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)
• Financial management including budgeting, forecasting and tracking expenditure
• Resource and capacity planning across work streams
• Integrated delivery planning and maintaining program schedules
• Risk and issue management, including facilitating workshops
• Supporting benefits realisation and lessons learned processes
• Knowledge and information management using tools such as Teams, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in ICT project/program delivery, ideally within large enterprise or Government environments
• Strong experience working with PMOs, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
• Proven ability in financial management, budgeting and forecasting within programs
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management and integrated delivery scheduling
• Strong understanding of risk, issue and stakeholder management practices
• Experience working with project delivery tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Agile boards)
• Demonstrated ability to support complex, multi-stream programs involving multiple stakeholders
