Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and delivering culturally responsive programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and risks are effectively managed.
  • Building strong relationships with First Nations stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to support program success.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of culturally safe training materials and workforce capability initiatives.
  • Contributing to monitoring and evaluation frameworks, analysing feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Aligning program activities with organisational strategies, cultural safety priorities, and workforce development goals.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, and communications to support program visibility and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in coordinating and delivering complex programs with clear outcomes and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in working collaboratively with First Nations communities and service providers.
  • Ability to support the development of culturally safe training and capability-building resources.
  • Analytical skills to contribute to evaluation frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, briefings, and presentations.

The Logistics
  • Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role.
  • 12-month contract length with possibility for extension or permanency.
  • $60.26 per hour (excluding superannuation).
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
