Production Workers

A successful manufacturing company is looking to onboard multiple candidates across various shifts.
Your Company
Your new company is a national market leader seeking to bring on a production machine operator. This company has been operating for over 25 years in the market, predominately specialising in steel on the sunshine coast.

Your new role
You will have a hands-on role in many different aspects of production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Start up and monitor machine controls to ensure optimal performance
  • Address machine breakdowns and alerts promptly
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures
  • Maintain optimal machine efficiencies and output
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, factory or construction environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good physical condition and capable of manual handling
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
