Your new role

• Performing manufacturing and assembly tasks aligned with process instructions
• Soldering, wire preparation, glue/potting applications, and documentation
• Operating specialised equipment and maintaining clean workspaces
• Assisting with on-the-job training and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Reporting workflow to management and contributing to project delivery

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring practical production experience and a proactive mindset, along with:

• Intermediate skills in wire preparation, soldering, and equipment operation
• Experience in adhesives application and electromechanical assembly
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and identify areas for process improvement
• Strong team communication and self-organisation in a cellular manufacturing environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and the company’s core values

  • Basic understanding of production workflow and quality compliance
  • Baseline Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
