Your new role

As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. You will lead a team of operators across multiple lines, drive performance through coaching and mentoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily targets
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS standards
  • Monitoring equipment performance and liaising with maintenance teams
  • Leading shift handovers and daily toolbox talks
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reporting KPIs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within food or FMCG manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
