Due to this growth, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Production Estimator to join the team.

Your New Role
As the Production Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the construction delivery team. Working closely within a small team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed BOQs, take-offs and maintaining up-to-date pricing for materials and labour.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Producing accurate production estimates for custom residential projects including medium-density builds
  • Completing detailed take-offs from construction drawings
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities
  • Maintaining and updating pricing databases and supplier rates
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Experience as a Production Estimator within construction, preferably residential or mixed-use
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and methodologies
  • Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Databuild, Buildsoft, Cubit or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, plans and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
