A leading residential construction company is seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join their team. With a portfolio of projects across the ever-growing medium-density and small-lot housing space, this company has a strong pipeline of future works and sees this newest employee playing a crucial role in shaping their projects.

Your new role
The role will see you joining a tight-knit drafting team who pride themselves on their ability to produce quality work in a timely manner. Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Create site plans, floor plans, elevations, internal elevations, details, and sections
  • Execute variations to existing drawings.
  • Checking external contractors drawings ensuring adherence to relevant codes, guidelines and accuracy.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in your work.
  • Meet agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and design guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, it will be hoped you possess the following attributes:
  • Previous volume builder drafting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD
  • Good knowledge of NCC Building Regs and Codes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
