Your new role
The role will see you joining a tight-knit drafting team who pride themselves on their ability to produce quality work in a timely manner. Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Create site plans, floor plans, elevations, internal elevations, details, and sections
- Execute variations to existing drawings.
- Checking external contractors drawings ensuring adherence to relevant codes, guidelines and accuracy.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in your work.
- Meet agreed-upon timeframes.
- Adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and design guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, it will be hoped you possess the following attributes:
- Previous volume builder drafting experience preferred
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Good knowledge of NCC Building Regs and Codes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
