Your new role

As Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of internal platforms and tools, spanning both new product development and enhancements to existing systems. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-launch optimisation.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams to define business needs, shape product roadmaps, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic priorities. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in product ownership or project delivery within financial services or consultancy

• Proven ability to manage internal platforms or client-facing applications across desktop and mobile.

• Strong analytical and planning skills, with experience in business analysis, workflow design, and process improvement.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business units.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, user-centred design, or design thinking is highly desirable.

• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
