Your new role

As Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of digital product development and accelerate ideas into tangible solutions. Working within an Agile framework, you’ll collaborate with developers, UI/UX specialists, and stakeholders to deliver products that create real value for customers.
Your responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap, translating business needs into technical specifications, and driving delivery through to implementation. You’ll work on innovative solutions that integrate disparate systems, improve underground-to-surface connectivity, and enable smarter decision-making through data visibility. Expect to engage with cutting-edge technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, while contributing to foundational digital platforms that support long-term growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in digital or data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to articulate business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Technical proficiency—conceptual understanding of development, coding, and data (SQL, C#, Python).
• Familiarity with AI concepts and digital product design principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—able to probe, challenge, and align diverse perspectives.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset—comfortable driving outcomes without hand-holding.
• Willingness to visit operational sites occasionally to gain context.
• Industry experience in mining, utilities, or aerospace is advantageous but not essential.
