Your new role
As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital products. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure product features align with business goals and user needs. This role requires navigating complex stakeholder environments, prioritising product backlogs, and driving innovation across legacy systems. Depending on your experience, you may operate at SFIA Level 4, 5, or 6—leading single or multiple teams and influencing product direction at a strategic level.

What you'll need to succeed

• A current and active TSPV security clearance (mandatory)
• Experience in Product Management, with a proven ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and align strategy with customer and business needs
• Strong skills in backlog management, feature prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (mandatory); Product Management certifications (e.g. PSPO I, CPM, PMC) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with government processes and regulatory environments is a strong advantage.
