Your new role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for the Marketing category, including OOH, digital marketing, events, and celebrity partnerships. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to lead RFPs, select qualified suppliers, and ensure procurement operations run efficiently and strategically. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering value through smart sourcing and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement activities across marketing services categories (OOH, digital, events, celebrity partnerships)
- Partner with internal teams to run RFPs, select suppliers, and resolve purchasing issues
- Conduct annual supplier performance reviews and renegotiate rate cards
- Promote best practices across PR, contract, PO, and payment processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Plan and execute strategic purchases including market research, supplier segmentation, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Drive continuous value creation for stakeholders through proactive procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)

• Proven experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on marketing categories
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from launch to completion independently
• Strong data analysis skills to identify issues and develop actionable proposals
