A government organisation in Perth CBD are seeking several experienced Procurement Officers for multiple vacancies. These opportunities are being offered on an initial 3-month temporary contract with a possible extension, and will require you to work full-time hours.

Your new role

Within this team there is an opportunity on offer for a:

• Procurement Support Officer
• Procurement Officer
• Senior Procurement Officer

Within these roles, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team with low to medium value procurement processes, as well as assisting with contract renewals, extensions and negotiations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for these roles, you will need:

• Experience in WA Government (highly desirable)
• Recent experience in procurement and / or contract management positions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal, with confidence in handling contract negotiations with stakeholders)
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Current National Police Clearance, valid within the last 12 months
