Our Client is seeking a Processing Supervisor FIFO from Townsville, Brisbane, Cairns or DIDO Mount Isa working on a 14/14 roster 12 Hour days and nights. In your role you will play a crucial part in managing the major processing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the operation.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities.
• Manage personnel effectively.
• Your contribution will be essential to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members.

• Extensive experience in mining operations, particularly in processing facilities.
• Experience in a supervisory position
• Ability to mentor and lead teams
• Proficient and influential public speaker
