Your new role

As the Principal Operational Technology (OT) Manager, you will be a strategic and transformational leader, driving the modernisation and management of the organisation’s OT environment across critical infrastructure and services. This pivotal role requires deep technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence executive decision-making at the highest levels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Champion performance excellence and foster a values-driven culture aligned with the organisation's Leadership Blueprint.
• Spearhead the evolution of legacy operational technology into intelligent, digitally integrated ecosystems that deliver tangible value to citizens, customers, and communities.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and political acumen to shape enterprise priorities, influence Board-level thinking, and align cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and asset management.
• Design and implement OT strategies that seamlessly integrate with smart infrastructure, digital twins, AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms—bridging technical, cultural, and organisational divides.
