This large, complex organisation is seeking an experienced communications professional to support critical initiatives within a high-performing team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic priorities, contributing to a dynamic and evolving environment.
Your new role
Reporting into senior leadership, this role will lead the development and delivery of internally focused communication strategies and plans. You will support key priorities, including initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and employee positioning, ensuring communications are aligned and delivered with impact.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong writing capability, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will engage regularly with senior leaders, providing advice and delivering clear, effective communications across internal and corporate channels.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in senior corporate and internal communications roles ideally in a Government setting
Strong capability in developing and delivering communication strategies and plans
Excellent writing and content development skills
Experience supporting internal focused initiatives
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership
Sound understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and deliver to scope
