Your new role

A career-defining position for a visionary Architect, lead the next chapter of architectural excellence and make a lasting impact within the studio.

As a Practice Leader and sector advocate, you’ll be the driving force behind sector growth and studio success — use your business acumen to shape iconic projects, build influential client partnerships, and set new benchmarks for design innovation.

You’ll champion opportunity pipelines, win major work, and mentor the next generation of talent, all while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. This is more than a leadership role; it’s your chance to inspire, innovate, and leave a legacy that elevates the studio’s reputation across Sydney and NSW.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be a registered architect - ARB current
• Have 10+ years’ experience as an Architect – within the Australian market
• Proven senior leadership experience - within an architectural practice.
• Have deep expertise across sectors; Sport & Recreation, Education, Community – ideal but not essential
• Strong business development and client relationship capability
• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of project economics and resourcing
• Exceptional communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative, values-aligned approach - focus on growth, mentoring and high-performance culture
• Must be in Australia currently and have full Australian working rights
