Hays is partnering with a well-established clinic in Wyoming to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinical leader to take ownership of a busy treatment room, guide a capable nursing team, and play a key role in improving both patient outcomes and operational performance.

Your new role

In this leadership position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the treatment room, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality care delivery. You will lead, mentor and develop a team of nurses, drive clinical best practice, and work closely with the Practice Manager and Medical Director to optimise workflow, patient experience and financial performance. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership, continuous improvement and team development.

Key responsibilities;

  • Lead, coach and develop nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Manage treatment room operations, including stock, equipment and compliance
  • Oversee rostering, workforce planning and performance management
  • Support chronic disease management programs and nurse-led clinics
  • Drive clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or primary care environment
  • Strong understanding of treatment room operations and clinical governance
  • Experience in chronic disease management (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills

What you'll get in return

  • Working Monday to Friday normal business hours (flexibility requirements can be discussed)
  • $95,000 – $100,000 + Super
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2.5k on commencement + $2.5k at 6 months)
  • KPI bonus of 5–10% of annual salary
