We are seeking a dedicated Power Platform Owner / Administrator to refine, reimagine, and operationalise the organisation’s Microsoft Power Platform. This role has a primary focus on Power Automate and Copilot Studio, with accountability for both strategic governance and hands-on implementation.

The role ensures the Power Platform is secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. You will partner closely with technology, risk, and business stakeholders to define platform policies and strategies, while also being responsible for executing and embedding those controls across the tenant.

What you'll get in return

• Act as the end‑to‑end owner of the Microsoft Power Platform tenant, accountable for platform health, security, compliance, and sustainable adoption
• Define, implement, and operationalise Power Platform governance frameworks, standards, and policies
• Establish and maintain tenant‑level controls to address governance and risk gaps, including:
  • Lack of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
  • Over‑privileged access and role sprawl
  • Unmanaged or orphaned apps, flows, and bots
  • Unsanctioned or uncontrolled Copilot Studio usage
• Implement lifecycle management approaches covering creation, usage, review, retirement, and archiving of assets

• Design and enforce DLP policies, environment strategies, and connector controls
• Define and maintain role‑based access models, including maker, admin, and service account access
• Partner with Cyber Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Identify and remediate platform risks through regular reviews, audits, and health checks
