Role
We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Reporting Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of dashboards, working at the intersection of business, data and reporting.
This is a BI-focused leadership role where you will own requirements, KPI definition and dashboard design while guiding a Power BI Developer through build and delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs
  • Design dashboard UX, wireframes and storytelling
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data readiness
  • Oversee data models, metrics, and reporting quality
  • Guide a developer through build, testing, and release
  • Ensure outputs are accurate, user-friendly, and business-focused

What You Bring
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise Power BI dashboards
  • Proven ability to lead reporting design (not just development)
  • Good understanding of data modelling (fact/dim, grain, relationships)
  • Experience working with data engineering teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear business insight
