Project Manager (Multiple) Curriculum Transformation Program

  • Location: Sydney, (Hybrid)
  • Duration: Until 31 December 2026 + Extension Opportunity
  • Start: ASAP
  • Rate: Between $950–$1,000 + Super

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join a major curriculum transformation program within a leading Australian higher education institution. This large-scale strategic initiative is reshaping how curriculum is designed, governed, delivered and enhanced through technology, data and innovative learning practices.

Due to continued investment across the program, we are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead critical work streams that will underpin the future of teaching, learning and curriculum management across the organisation.


Available Opportunities

Project Manager – Educational Technology Enablement

This role will drive a major program of work focused on the future digital learning experience. You will oversee initiatives that support AI-enabled learning, assessment transformation, digital learning platforms and scalable educational technology capabilities.

Key areas of focus include:
  • Digital learning environment enhancements
  • Learning technology and platform implementations
  • Assessment innovation and transformation
  • AI-enabled learning capabilities
  • Student and academic user experience improvements
  • Cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams


Project Manager – Strategic Course Portfolio Management

This role will lead the development of the frameworks, governance structures and operating models that support curriculum quality, portfolio oversight and evidence-based decision-making.

Key areas of focus include:
  • Curriculum governance and quality assurance
  • Policy and process transformation
  • Operating model development
  • Data, reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Course portfolio management and lifecycle processes
  • Senior stakeholder engagement across academic and professional services functions


Required Experience

  • You will bring a combination of project delivery capability, stakeholder management expertise and experience navigating complex organisational environments.
  • We are interested in professionals who can demonstrate:
  • Experience delivering complex transformation programs or workstreams within large organisations
  • The ability to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience delivering business change, process redesign, operating model or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
