Your New Role

As a Plumbing Leading Hand, you’ll take charge of on-site coordination and lead a skilled team across a range of commercial builds in the Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. You will ensure quality construction, maintain safety standards, and keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supervising and guiding plumbing trades and apprentices on-site
· Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
· Coordinating daily tasks, materials and subcontractors
· Ensuring safety, compliance and high work standards are maintained
· Supporting project delivery across multiple commercial sites

What You’ll Need to Succeed

· Cert III in Plumbing and valid plumbing licence
· Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Plumber on commercial sites
· Strong communication, leadership and team-coordination skills
· Ability to interpret plans and work unsupervised to high quality standards
· Commitment to safety and delivering work to tier 1 expectations
