Hays Trades & Labour are partnering with a number of reputable plumbing contractors across Perth who are experiencing strong project pipelines. With ongoing work in commercial construction and maintenance, we are seeking qualified plumbers to join well ‑ established teams across local projects.

Your new role

You will be working across commercial sites, undertaking a mix of installation and maintenance duties, including:

Commercial Installation & Maintenance:

• Hydraulic and sanitary installations
• Rough-ins, fit-offs, and final commissioning
• Installation of pipework, fixtures, and drainage systems
• Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
• Leak detection, repairs, and fault-finding
• Reactive and scheduled maintenance on commercial properties
• Working alongside builders, subcontractors, and site teams

What you'll need to succeed

• WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence (or relevant state licence)
• White Card
• Driving licence and reliable transport
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing (installation and/or maintenance)
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and quality construction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
