Your new role
- Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Installing and repairing fixtures such as taps, toilets, and hot water systems
- Interpreting plumbing plans, schematics, and job specifications
- Collaborating with team members and other trades on-site to complete tasks efficiently
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade Qualified – Plumber
- QLD Plumbing Licence
- Ability to supply your own basic tools
- White card
- Previous maintenance experience
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Contactable references
What you'll get in return
If successful, you’ll become part of a well-regarded, family-owned local business. This role offers consistent Monday to Friday work, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours (flexible start and finish times). A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for use during work hours. The position will initially be offered on a casual basis through Hays, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs. For candidates located outside the region, relocation assistance may be available for the right person.
