Your new company
I am working with a specialist producer of industrial minerals who are looking for a Maintenance Planner to oversee all mobile and fixed plant maintenance on their sites in Regional NSW.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the Plant’s Quality (including product regulatory) and Environmental management systems
- Responsible for ensuring all products comply with specifications, fulfilling customer needs whilst optimising raw material requirements
- Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established production processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes
- Support ANZ Area Quality Programs – Finished Products and Raw Materials
- Provide a safe working environment and contribute to a positive and harmonious workplace culture which aligns with the Company’s Values (Modesty, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance)
- Support continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications obtained in a STEM field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a laboratory testing role in a similar field
- Previous Quality Management experience with a good understanding of Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation
- The ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of stakeholder
- You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent time management skills
- Advanced computer literacy skills
- Be open to travel in ANZ in order to carry out your role
