Your new role

The ideal candidate

Ideal expertise includes experience within mid-tier or top-tier firms, covering:

• VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria litigation
• Drafting Section 173 Agreements
• Contaminated land advisory
• Compulsory acquisition of land claims

In addition to technical legal expertise, strong client relationship management, a commercial mindset, and a commitment to outstanding service are key attributes for success.
To excel in this role, you should be an Associate with at least 2 years of PQE specialising in planning and development law.
