Your new role

We currently have an opportunity for a Physical Record Team member to join the Technology and Enterprise Operations Division. In your new role, you will be responsible for the facilitation of physical record enquiries and deliveries/collections on behalf of internal stakeholders by working directly with our Vendor. Reporting to the Manager, Records Destruction & Service Optimisation, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring queries and deliveries/collections are managed effectively.
  • Helping reduce risk to the organisation by ensuring records are returned to our Vendor in a timely manner.
  • Supporting business with investigations and customer requirements
This is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate will be $35.15 per hour plus super. You will be working an average of 37.5 hours a week. You will be working from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. This role will be based at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands and is 100% office-based.

  • Physically able to lift/move boxes
