An opportunity is available for an experienced Philanthropy Specialist to join a large, well‑established, purpose‑led organisation operating in the aged care and community services sector.
Your new role
- Build, cultivate, and steward long‑term relationships with donors, clients, and residents
- Secure new bequest commitments through meetings, phone calls, and events
- Act as a key representative for the organisation’s bequest program
- Manage estate administration in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote philanthropic giving
- Track and report on KPIs, engagement, and financial outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in fundraising or philanthropy (bequests experience highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- A donor‑centric, relationship‑focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- A current Australian Driving Licence
