Your new role
Executive Personal Assistant to the Business Owner / Managing Director
Executive & Business Support
Manage a complex, strategic executive calendar
Gatekeeping requests and protect focus time and priorities.
Prepare briefs, agendas, packs, summaries and reminders
Track actions, projects and follow-ups to drive outcomes
Arrange end‑to‑end business travel with contingencies
Act as trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the owner
Provide light financial oversight (expenses, invoices, payment cycles)
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Manage personal appointments, key dates and reminders
Coordinate household operations and service providers
Oversee property maintenance and preferred suppliers
Support personal finances, subscriptions and documentation
Arrange domestic and international personal travel and experiences
Manage family logistics, errands and lifestyle administration
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years’ experience as a PA/EA/EPA supporting a senior executive or owner
Exceptional calendar management and prioritisation skills
High discretion and professionalism with confidential matters
Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, anticipatory and solutions‑focused approach
Highly organised with strong follow‑through and attention to detail
Comfortable supporting light financial administration and oversight
Tech confident across Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and travel platforms
Calm, composed and resilient under pressure
