Your new role
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist the CEO’s wife and son with various personal and household tasks.
Organise family events, appointments, and social engagements.
Handle family-related logistics, such as school pickups, travel planning, and special occasions.
Anticipate needs and proactively address any challenges.
Strong project management skills to assist with ongoing property projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and professionalism are essential.
