The University’s IT HR Systems team plays a key role in delivering stable, modern, and high‑performing platforms that support staff operations and organisational success. As part of a major uplift, the University is seeking multiple PeopleSoft Functional Analysts and Developers to join the team on an initial 5–6‑month engagement.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience working with the PeopleSoft platform
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.60+
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules including:
  • Global Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service
  • Time & Labour
  • Administer Workforce
• Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)
• Functional analysis: configuration, functional design, data management, validation & testing
• Developers: experience with REST APIs and PeopleSoft Integration Broker

• Postgraduate qualifications or progress toward them OR
• An equivalent mix of relevant experience, education, and training

• Prior experience in the Higher Education sector
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders
