A well-regarded creative brand with a global footprint is seeking a new People & Culture Manager to join their Australian operations in Sydney. This is a very varied operational and strategic position with a small team to support and mentor. You will partner with a workforce of over 200 employees across creative, sales, marketing, corporate and other operational areas. This is a 12-month FTC with the option to go perm in the future.Your new role
Manage a small HR team and ensure delivery of recruitment in all areas of HR advice, HR administration, payroll and talent acquisition.
Lead delivery programs on engagement, talent management and L&D
Lead and advise on performance management, workplace issues and all employment legislation
Talent management and succession planning
Developing leadership capability, employee experience, and organisational design
HR Reporting, analytics and insights for the wider business and decision makers
Oversee recruitment and onboarding strategies as well as workforce planning
Manage remuneration frameworks including benchmarking, job design and annual review processes
Delivery of Wellbeing programs for the workforce and overseeing WHS and Workers Comp
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner who has previously or currently managed a small team
You MUST have experience of working in the media or creative agency industries and have an affinity with creative workforces
You will be hands on and enjoy operational leadership work as much as strategic project delivery
