Payroll Officer

Our well-known mining client is seeking an experienced payroll officer to join their busy team, ideally asap!
Your new company
An ASX-listed mining company is seeking an experienced payroll / senior payroll officer to join their busy team on an asap basis.

Your new role
  • High volume end-to-end payroll capabilities (minimum 500+ employees)
  • Awards interpretation required
  • Handling payroll queries
  • Liaising and working closely with multiple departments
  • Payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Experience performing multiple pay runs

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3-5 years + experience in a similar position
  • High volume payroll experience
  • Awards/EBA interpretation required
  • ERP systems such as Success Factors, Payglobal or ADP will be highly desirable
  • Good excel skills necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
