This forward-thinking global brand who are a specialist in their field has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in their Brisbane Inner City offices which are located close to public transport links, and they offer 1-day WFH per week.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up new employees on the payroll system
- Preparing and processing weekly payroll
- Processing leave requests
- Process terminations
- Handle payroll enquiries from employees
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Extensive payroll experience within a medium to large organisation
- Experience working with multiple payroll systems
- Strong general knowledge of payroll requirements and legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
