Your new company
Our client, an international vessel repair and maintenance facility, is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team at their office in Hemmant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful team. You'll also be handling HR responsibilities such as internal and external HR related enquiries and supporting the hiring process.

Your new role
The role is fast-paced, so we need someone who is enthusiastic and capable/ Ideally, someone who is:
  • Efficient with spreadsheets
  • Able to handle project and operational, templates
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Processing payroll data and producing regular reports
  • Sourcing candidates, background checks and interviewing
  • Maintaining employee records and policies


What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Payroll Officer, you will also have experience with:
  • MS365 and MYOB
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and able to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
