Your new role
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Advise senior leaders on payroll strategy and risk mitigation
Lead system improvements and automation projects to enhance payroll processes
Manage and develop a high-performing payroll team
Foster relationships with key stakeholders across finance, HR, and operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise in payroll operations, compliance, and risk management
Proven leadership and team development skills must have experience managing 4–5 people.
Strategic mindset with experience driving implementation and transformation projects
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
Chris21 & iChris systems experience is highly desired but not essential.
Knowledge of Australian payroll and employment regulations.
