Part-time Payroll & HR Administrator – Micropay experience ideal

A well established organisation with a collaborative HR and Finance function is seeking a part‑time Payroll & HR Administrator to support day‑to‑day payroll delivery and assist across general HR administration. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across both payroll processes and people operations, within a supportive team environment.

Your new role

In this role, you will:
• Support payroll processing through a third party provider
• Reconcile payroll data, process adjustments, and respond to payroll queries
• Maintain payroll reports, super, tax and employee entitlement records
• Draft job ads, organise interviews and assist with onboarding documentation
• Prepare employment contracts and support new starter and termination processes
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance documentation, and general HR admin
• Act as a key contact point for employees regarding payroll & HR enquiries
• Support adhoc HR projects to strengthen systems and processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Australian payroll administration, ideally using Micropay or similar outsourcing providers
• Strong understanding of Fair Work, awards, superannuation and taxation
• Experience supporting HR administration and recruitment coordination
• High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and the ability to work autonomously
