This innovative company that is a leader in their industry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Analyst to join their high-performing team on a full-time permanent basis. Based in Eagle Farm, the offices offer on-site car parking. The team operates in a hybrid model with 2 work from home days per week once settled into the role.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and improving both the time & attendance and payroll process for the organisation. The role will include a focus around compliance, payroll process, time & attendance process, system upgrades and system testing. You will be hands-on in detail, which will see you developing strong relationships with several key stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have an understanding of payroll compliance, systems and processes, experience working within large payroll environments, strong analysis skills, highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
