Hays is a global recruitment powerhouse with a leading presence in Australia and New Zealand. We are recruiting a Parts Interpreter for a well-respected agricultural company here in Perth, WA.

Your new role

• Answering inbound calls and attending to customer enquiries efficiently.

• Provide accurate and detailed quotations for parts to customers/service.

• Process movement/transactions for parts, verifying details for accurate record keeping.

• Order parts when required.

• Assist in warehouse when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• FULL PERMANENT AUSTRALIAN VISA STATUS IS REQUIRED

• 12+ months experience in a Parts Interpreter position

• Great attitude and interpersonal skills

• Customer service skills

• Experience using computer and phone systems

• Agriculture experience is beneficial but not required
