Experienced Parts Administrator for an immediate start in Mackay

Your new role

In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including but not limited to;

  • Raise and receipt purchase requisitions
  • Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • General admin duties and additional duties as delegated
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in parts order processing.
  • Liaising with production, sales, shipping, warehouse to ensure all order are met
  • First point of contact for all parts / stock delivery enquires
  • Provide regular feedback to customers on parts orders, backorders & delivery dates

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require the following;

  • Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites
  • 2+ years' experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement.
  • Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
  • High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to foster strong working relationships
  • 2 years experience within the Parts Administration highly regarded with previous experience in Mining or heavy machinery

The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start working with a dynamic team at the fast-paced office in Paget. You will be offered an attractive hourly rate of $35/hr + Super, working Monday to Friday 38 hrs a week.
