Our client is a burgeoning mid-tier law firm which has offices spread out nationwide across Australia. After a recent review of their leadership structure in QLD, they are seeking to add in a Commercial Lead (Partner) for QLD. As such you can choose to be based from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.

Ideally, this will be a Partner level appointment and an individual may move with or without an existing Commercial (& or property) practice. Some existing national workload is in place from long term clients so the individual should have enough to feed themselves whilst getting established. This is a hands on role yet there are some internal staffing resources to draw upon as needed however should you also have staff you wish to bring across with you this is also a possibility.

Experienced Senior Associates with a minimum of 7 yrs PQE who are keen to be fast tracked should also consider applying, especially if you are hungry to grow your earnings and brand in the market as this role with have the direct marketing support of two internal BD Manager's who intend to build a considerable marketing campaign around you and the firm to promote your name in market as their QLD Commercial Lead.
