A well-established medical supply company is seeking a Sales-focused Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in telesales or healthcare who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone and email
- Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand product needs
- Assist with product sourcing and coordination with suppliers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in telesales, sales administration, or healthcare sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sales focus
- Familiarity with medical products or healthcare environments is a plus
