Location: Perth, WA Rate: $40/hour + Super
Days: Flexible – 3 days per week Type: Ongoing Role

A well-established medical supply company is seeking a Sales-focused Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in telesales or healthcare who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand product needs
  • Assist with product sourcing and coordination with suppliers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in telesales, sales administration, or healthcare sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sales focus
  • Familiarity with medical products or healthcare environments is a plus
