An established, Perth-based organisation with a strong presence is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for a mid-sized workforce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with relevant employment conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and maintaining employee records, including onboarding, contract changes, and terminations.
Ensuring staff have appropriate access to payroll-related functions and information.
Preparing monthly reports, including leave balances and payroll accruals.
Responding to employee queries and providing guidance
Assisting with award interpretation
