Your new role
This is a temp to perm role, part-time, 20 hours per week. The position is a true business partnering role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organisational performance within a collaborative, matrixed environment. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
Experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a complex environment
Strong capability in employee relations and case management, including investigations
Solid understanding of employment legislation across Australia and New Zealand
Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation (highly regarded)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
