Your new role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly capable PA/Administrator to support a senior leader within a dynamic and growing organisation. This is a purely professional position centred on business operations, offering the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

You’ll play a key role in managing essential administrative functions, improving processes, and acting as a central coordination point across the business. Your initiative, organisation, and ability to anticipate needs will be highly valued.

The position begins on a part‑time basis (9am–2pm), with flexibility and strong potential for increased hours as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full email management for the Director
  • Diary and schedule management for the Director
  • Job scheduling and coordination with trades and suppliers
  • Managing incoming calls, diverting phones, and fielding client enquiries
  • Responding to enquiries and following up with clients
  • Dealing with walk-in enquiries professionally
  • Managing job workflow alongside Directors and the Operations Manager
  • Liaising with suppliers, including chasing quotes, deliveries, and timelines
  • Assisting with building contracts and contract variations
  • Chasing and managing timesheets
  • Supporting weekly meetings with Directors
  • Identifying and assisting with workflow systems or tools to improve efficiency
