Part-time role in Bibra Lake for a well-known Perth-based roofing company

A Well‑established commercial roofing contractor Operating across multiple construction sites throughout Perth, WA, it is seeking additional office‑based support. The business works closely with leading builders and prides itself on strong compliance, reliable delivery, and well‑maintained systems. This is a trade‑focused environment that values organisation, accuracy, and practical construction experience.

Your new role

This is a temp role potentially progressing to permanent part‑time Construction Administration / HR & Safety Support role , working approximately 24 hours per week across 3–4 flexible days . The position is office‑based and supports multiple live construction sites.

This role is administrative and coordination focused , with responsibility for managing safety and compliance documentation across builder platforms. It is not a senior WHS or Safety Advisor position and does not involve site safety leadership or safety system management.

Key responsibilities include:

Uploading and maintaining documentation across builder platforms such as OneBreadcrumb, Rapid Global, and others

Managing Compliance documentation including site inductions, licences, tickets, Insurances, SWMS, MSDS/SDS, and equipment certifications

Coordinating Training bookings (e.g. Working at Heights, EWP), maintaining registers, and tracking expiries

Supporting HR onboarding by issuing employment paperwork, following up completion, and Maintaining personnel files

Coordinating Weekly refuelling of site equipment (Thursday scheduling, Monday completion)

Managing Warranties and project close‑out documentation

Coordinating Inspection and test sign‑off forms and preparing defects reports with photos For builders

This role supports existing safety systems only and does not involve audits, investigations, toolbox talks, or safety strategy development.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced construction administrator with exposure to safety documentation and builder compliance requirements. You will be confident working with document control systems and comfortable operating in a trade or construction environment.

You will ideally have:

Construction administration experience with safety documentation exposure

Strong Document control, coordination, and systems skills

Experience Using OneBreadcrumb, Rapid Global, or similar builder platforms

High Attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance deadlines

Confidence Liaising with builders, trades, and external providers
