Your new role

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained, predominantly residential portfolio, largely consisting of medium to large schemes (50+ lots) across the CBD and inner suburbs.
This role offers a high level of autonomy, balanced with strong internal support and systems, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional service to owners and committees.

Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-end management of an Owners Corporation portfolio
• Preparing and chairing AGMs and committee meetings
• Liaising with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
• Overseeing budgets, maintenance and compliance
• Ensuring high standards of governance and customer service

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Owners Corporation Manager
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A polished, professional approach
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Desire for long-term career growth within a stable business
• Experience with Property IQ (advantageous, not essential)
