Your new role

As an Owners Corporation Manager, you’ll step into a rewarding role overseeing a well-balanced portfolio consisting of a mix of tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 properties. The portfolio is heavily service-based, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and customer service.
You’ll be supported with training, clear handover documentation, and a committed team who want to see you succeed. All AGMs are held virtually, and the systems in place are modern and easy to navigate.

Your key focus will be:
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Managing a stable, well-maintained portfolio
• Acting as a problem-solver and adaptable team player who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative culture
You’ll work closely with administrators who handle the behind-the-scenes operations, giving you the space to focus on what you do best - delivering excellent service and creating value for your clients.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience within Owners Corporation (non-negotiable)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the business
• Friendly, team-first attitude with great communication skills
• High attention to detail and time management
• Familiarity with Property IQ (bonus)
