Your new role
You’ll manage a medium-sized portfolio, with minimal major works or defects.
Key responsibilities include:
• Running AGMs and committee meetings
• Maintaining strong communication with owners and committees
• Coordinating maintenance and compliance as needed
• Working closely with a supportive team leader and collaborative colleagues
This role reports to a Team Leader and is part of a well-resourced team of around 30.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience as a Strata Manager
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A team mindset and desire to contribute to a positive culture
