Your new role
You’ll take ownership of a diverse mix of residential and mixed-use buildings, handling the full scope of Owners Corporation management. This includes AGM preparation, committee liaison, compliance, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day client engagement – all supported by an internal team and streamlined systems.
The best part? You’ll only be required in the office 1 day per week, with the rest of your time fully flexible to work from home or on the go, trusting you to manage your workload independently.What you'll need to succeed
• Prior experience in Owners Corporation management
• A proactive, client-first mindset and strong organisational skills
• The ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and maintain strong relationships
• Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (or willingness to obtain)
