Your new role

The primary role of the Outbound Customer Service Consultant is to drive membership growth and retention through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

This role is a work-from-home position. There is a requirement to travel to events and meetings approximately once a month in Sydney.

  • Conducting outbound calls to secure new corporate memberships, targeting new members, and setting up meetings with them.
  • Understanding their needs for professional development and suggesting the best programs for them.
  • Driving the acquisition of new sponsorships to support key events through proactive phone outreach.
  • Engaging with existing members to enhance their experience, provide guidance on included benefits, and promote additional learning opportunities.
  • Coordinating regular check-ins with corporate partners to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assisting with the delivery of webinars, masterclasses, programs, and events as required.
  • Providing general support to senior leadership and team members across a range of operational tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in outbound sales or KPI driven work is essential

  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and confident in proactive outreach

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Energetic self-starter with a hands-on, results-driven approach

  • Resilient team player with a strong sense of accountability and achievement

  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and analytically minded, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
