The primary role of the Outbound Customer Service Consultant is to drive membership growth and retention through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.What you'll need to succeed
Experience in outbound sales or KPI driven work is essential
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and confident in proactive outreach
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Energetic self-starter with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Resilient team player with a strong sense of accountability and achievement
Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and analytically minded, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
